Soggy Sack Retreat

This is about getting back to the basics by riding motorcycles and having fun! So we are going camping on motorcycles and nothing more. No cars, No RVs, No trailering your bike. Ride in on two wheels, ride out on two wheels: sleep in a tent, or a hammock or under a tarp.

We do not care if you ride in on a Chopper, Enduro, Dyna or Vulcan. Just travel like you mean it and party like its going out of style. This is no sponsor, no vendor, no commercialized bullshit. Its a two-day motorcycle campout on in the beautiful Creston Valley, on the Goat River. We have claim to the Mountain Park Resort Campground on highway 3 in southern British Columbia, within 5 minutes of the Town of Creston and the best damn riding on the lower Kootenays.

Friday Night is Hawaiian Shirt night and social. The river is just down the path for a great place to cool down; and if that isn't your jam why not go for a rip? We will be providing everyone with maps of the local area with a few stellar route plotted out if they interest you. Saturday there will be a concession for breakfast hosted by the facility staff, then that evening they will fire up the grill for a dinner (both meals at a small price). Aside from those options food and booze is your own deal. Creston is only 5 minutes down the road.

Also Saturday will be the Show and Don't Shine. That's right, prizes for the different classes such as most bugs on the windshield or biggest dent. We will of course do a peoples choice for the nicest bike and the grand prize goes to the winner.

Starting at 8pm on the Saturday we will have a local to Creston live band Tantrum preforming for 3 hours with all the classic rock hits.

Join us on June 24 and 25 of 2022 for our very first Motorcycle Campout where we all get in touch with the real motorcycle culture a bit more than we did before. Online ticket sales only and only available at Tickets will be shipped out to attendees plenty of time before the event. Make sure you sign up for the Fuel the Chaos subscription to stay in the loop with changes or updates!
