Custom Builds

The 2016 Sportster Forty-Eight became a shop custom project in the fall of 2023. Started off with a set of one-off 16” custom bars, and Racetech front suspension. I balance out the suspension on the rear with the Legend Revo-A for comfort and handling. The engine was left alone internally but an Arlen Ness Big Suck air intake, Bassani Road Rage 3 exhaust and a Dynojet PV3 tuner make this 1200cc rumble and rip. Cosmetically I installed mid controls and Tooth n Nail MX pegs, Moons Mc tail light, a Viking bobber seat and so much more. This smoke show of a bike was very quickly sold to a very happy customer shortly after the build was complete.

2011 Harley Davidson Dyna Fatbob. This performance build is in collaboration with our sister shop Bad Attitude Motorcycle Shop. Built for performance and reliability combined. The engine has been built to a 107ci with Wiseco high compression Pistons, Feuling 574 cams, Feuling 5.3 fuel injectors, port and polished heads. Keeping this engine breathing we used Arlen Ness air intake, Bassani exhaust and professionally tuned on the Dynojet dynamometer this bike is built right. Cosmetically, paint done by Trip Six Customs in Edmonton, AB. Top it all off with the classy chrome risers, foot pegs and and for that stopping power the Brembo brake system from and rear. Front fork suspension used is Racetech springs with gold emulators and rear using the best in the business Legend Suspension.

1997 Kawasaki KLR 650, from new plastics, refurbished tank through to the wiseco piston and bottom end Doohickey. This bike was built for the dual sport enthusiast.
